Last week, a group of Future Managers had the opportunity to participate in Continuous Improvement training as part of the Thompson Thrift Professional Growth Series. This course was hosted by Carl Briggs, a professor, and lecturer with the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. Carl spoke on many topics, including the importance of identifying our own OFI’s (Opportunities for Improvement) and ways to ensure that continuous improvement extends past ourselves to our teams and direct reports. Carl also enjoyed reconnecting with some former students while visiting the Indianapolis office!

Thanks to all who participated!

"Participating in this leadership training has been extremely helpful for my personal and professional development. I have been able to take a deeper look at what a great manager is and should be. I look forward to the remainder of the training programs so I can ensure I am, and continue to be, a great asset to my team and Thompson Thrift!” - Linda Elmore, Assistant Community Manager at Jordan Creek
