Office web apps are a handy feature to take advantage of in a pinch. In many cases they can do the majority of the work that the full desktop applications can. In the case of an Office program having an issue, you can take advantage of the web version of Office to get you by.
Accessing Office web apps is very simple. From your Okta home page, simply select the Office 365 Portal button and it will take you to where you can find all of your apps! On the left side you can find the logo for each of the most commonly used apps, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Keep in mind that while this can get you up and running, there are some more advanced features missing from the web versions of these programs simply due to limitations of running a whole program within a web browser. See below for what the web version of these apps look like.
